WEST LIBERTY — It looks like a basketball score, but West Liberty defeated Edinboro, Pa., 84-63 in a wild NCAA Division II football playoff contest on Saturday.

West Liberty’s Zach Amedro threw for 540 yards and six TDs while Edinboro’s Trevor Harris was 50-of-76 passing for 630 yards — a new Division II record, as was the 1,394 yards of total offense.

The Hilltoppers (11-1) host California (Pa.) on Saturday afternoon in the national Division II quarterfinals.
