Dr. Ronald and Mrs. Katherine Billips of Bluefield, Va., are pleased to announce the wedding of Jenifer Kelli Hart to Robert Wayne Hoffert. Jenifer is the grand-daughter of Alice Rowles of Daniels.
The bride graduated from Marshall University with a bachelor’s degree in biology, and a master’s degree in physician assistant from University of Charleston. She is employed by Centra Corporation in Gretna, Va.
The groom received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Roanoke College and a master’s degree in physician assistant from University of Charleston. He is employed by Centra Corporation in Danville, Va.
The couple was married on Sept. 7, 2013, at Bernards Landing at Smith Mountain Lake, Va. The bride wore a champagne ball gown made out of organza. The bodice featured a sweetheart neckline of embroidered lace. The waistline was accented with Swarovski crystals and a pearl brooch. She carried a bouquet of handmade silk and organza flowers with vintage brooches made of pearls and Swarovski crystals.
She was escorted down the aisle by her mother, Katherine Billips. Maid of Honor was Stacie Lilly and bridesmaids were Alicia Cripe, Brittany Clark and Lindzy Calfee. Best men were Donny Hoffert and Erik Scott and groomsmen were Sammy Hoffert and Shane Daniel. Flower girls were Emmalee Short and Emily Francisco. Ring Bearer was Charlie Wright and Kyle Peters was a greeter and in charge of the guest book. The minister was Jim Rivers.
Following a cruise to Belize, Costa Maya and Cozumel, they will reside in Chatham, Va.
