Dead kittens found in hanging bag in Va Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Virginia Beach Animal Control is investigating an incident in which dead kittens were found in a bag.

Officials said Tuesday that officers last month discovered a bag that contained the remains of three, infant grey and white kittens hanging from a fence post.

A cause of death for the kittens was not determined after a necropsy was performed.

Officers canvassed the area but haven’t been able to determine who might have been responsible for this incident.
