Amber Alert for Russell County youth lifted

LEBANON, Va. —  The Amber Alert that was issued Thursday afternoon for 11-year-old Lucas Guinn was lifted on Friday morning. The Russell County Sheriff’s Department confirmed Friday morning that “the boy’s been located,” but the detective working the case was not immediately available for additional comment.

Guinn was last seen Thursday afternoon at Lebanon Middle School in Lebanon.
