Virginia bases to participate in Navy exercise

NORFOLK, Va. —  The Navy’s bases in Hampton Roads will join installations across the U.S. in an anti-terrorism and force protection exercise.

Solid Curtain/Citadel Shield 2014 will begin Tuesday and continue through Feb. 28.

The Navy says the annual exercise could cause increased traffic around installations or delays in installation access
