Buchanan County man gets over 35 years in prison

BUCHANAN, Va. — A Buchanan County man is sentenced to more than 35 years in prison after pleading guilty to drug charges.

Kevin Wayne Berglowe, 46, of Hurley, Virginia was sentenced to more than 35 years in prison on January 29, according to Buchanan County Commonwealth Attorney Gerald Arrington.

Berglowe was charged with possession with the intent to distribute cocaine, possession of more than 5 pounds of marijuana with the intent to distribute, distribution as an accommodation, common nuisance and violation of probation.
