Ex-Marshall wide receiver signs with Jets

HUNTINGTON — Former Marshall wide receiver Antavious Wilson has signed a free agent deal with the New York Jets.

He caught 69 passes for 741 yards last year, including a two-touchdown day against league-leading Tulsa. Wilson’s 187 career catches are seventh-highest in school history.

Wilson’s fellow Herd receiver Aaron Dobson was drafted Friday by the New England Patriots.
