Letter to the editor: Thee Sparrow Club sending message of hope

Princeton Times

PRINCETON — A new club has been formed! “Thee Sparrow Club” has been created to simply meet at area restaurants and fast-food eateries monthly, or as often as the local chapters wish, to wear something yellow and a Sparrow Badge.  Our purpose is to be seen and our message is that God loves us and there is still hope in a troubled world.  This opportunity is now on Facebook and Twitter, so it could spread all over the world where computers are available.  There are no dues, no projects. The cost is only $1 for each badge.  We are simply reminders of God’s unending love for us, and that there is hope in a troubled world.  Join now by writing Thee Sparrow Club, P. O. Box 45, Ripley, W. Va. 25271 or email or call 304-372-5922.  The clubs may start meeting after Thanksgiving, so get ready to meet, eat, and enjoy fellowship. Be ready to respond when you get questions.
