DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Willow Street at 4:57  p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on East River Avenue at 5:35 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Spruce Street at 7:48 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

PANHANDLING: Officers received reports of panhandling on Bluefield Avenue at 10:58 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

SHOTS FIRED: Officers received reports of shots fire on Frederick Street at 11:20 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Officers received reports of destruction of property on Bland Street at 11:31 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Highland Avenue at 3:29 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Jefferson Street at 9:58 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.
