DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE (SECOND OFFENSE); DRIVING REVOKED FOR DUI: Dep. K.M. Saddler responded to Clover Dew Dairy Road in Green Valley in reference to an intoxicated driver. Sr. Dep. A.M. Ballard was on scene and reported the female driver of the vehicle could not provide an insurance card. When Saddler approached the vehicle, he observed the odor of alcohol inside the vehicle, the driver's eyes appeared bloodshot and glassy and her speech to be slurred. The officers then asked the female to exit the vehicle. She complied, allegedly appearing unsteady on her feet. The female allegedly reported having a few beers earlier that night. The female failed one field sobriety test and advised knee injuries would prevent her from doing the other two tests. The female allegedly registered a 0.135 blood-alcohol content in preliminary testing. The female was then arrested and transported for further testing. The female was unable to provide a sufficient sample of breath for further testing. Lisa Patterson, 46, of Princeton, was arrested.
