DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Preston Street at 2:54 a.m. officers advised the complainant of their options.

CRUELTY: Officers received reports of animal cruelty on Pearl Street at 9:14 a.m. Animal Control Officer Randall Thompson documented the incident and advised the complainants of their options.

FOUND PROPERTY: Officers received reports of found property on Cherry Street at 11:05 a.m. Officers advised the complainant of their options.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on James Street at 11:41 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Jefferson Street at 1:58 p.m. Officers filed a vehicle crash report.

CRUELTY: Officers received reports of cruelty to animals on East Cumberland Road at 3:52 p.m. Animal Control Officer Randall Thompson advised the complainants of their options.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on North Street at 5:23 p.m. Officers filed a crash complaint report.

ILLEGAL PARKING: Officers received reports of an illegally parked vehicle on Pen Mar Avenue at 5:23 p.m. Officers advised the complainants of their options and said the owner agreed to move the vehicle.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of a breaking and entering on North Street at 7:58 p.m. Officers filed an offense report.

FIGHT: Officers received reports of a fight on Marellen Avenue at 9:32 p.m. Officers advised the complainants of their options.
