OCT. 12

SHOTS FIRED: Officers received reports of shots fired on U.S. Route 460/Big Laurel Highway at 12:28 a.m. Officers reported the matter was a dispute with no weapons involved and advised complainants of their options.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Officers received reports of destruction of property on Locust Street at 10:03 a.m. Officers reported the incident was a civil matter and advised complainants of their options.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Preston Street at 12:13 p.m. Officers filed a crash report.

STRAY: Officers received reports of a stray animal on Bryant Street at 1:05 p.m. Animal Control Officer Randall Thompson filed an animal control report and transported one dog to the Mercer County Animal Shelter.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of breaking and entering on Giles Street at 1:10 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of breaking and entering on Bluefield Avenue at 3:24 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DISPUTE: Officers received reports of a dispute between a landlord and a tenant on Franklin Street at 4:19 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Mercer Street at 8 p.m. Officers transported one male subject from the area.

INTOXICATION: Officers received reports of an intoxicated person on East Cumberland Road at 10:43 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.



OCT. 13

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Bland Street at 1:13 a.m. Officers filed a crash report.

UNWANTED PERSON: Officers received reports of an unwanted person on Cheery Street at 3:10 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and reported the subject had left the area.

ILLEGAL PARKING: Officers received reports of illegal parking on Federal Street at 10:29 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and reported the owner agreed to move the vehicle.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on U.S. Route 460/Big Laurel Highway at 3:24 p.m. Officers reported the subject agreed to say out of the highway.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on Reese Street at 4:48 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

INTOXICATED PERSON: Officers received reports of an intoxicated person on Cumberland Road at 10:31 p.m. Officers arrested one male subject and filed an offense report.



OCT. 14

LOUD MUSIC: Officers received reports of loud music on Jones Street at 1:08 a.m. and again at 1:48 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Officers received reports of destruction of property on East Cumberland Road at 2:40 p.m. Officers filed an offense report.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on East Cumberland Road at 3:56 a.m. Officers arrested one male subject and filed an offense report.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on College Avenue at 5:44 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Officers received reports of destruction of property on Toledo Street at 2:50 p.m. Officers reported no property had been damaged and advised complainants of their options.

FIGHT: Officers received reports of a fight on Harry Street at 5:55 p.m. Officers reported the victim refused to cooperate with police.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Officers received reports of destruction of properly on Alder Street at 6:29 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: Officers received reports of a suspicious vehicle on Bland Street at 7:46 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: Officers received reports of a suspicious vehicle on Princeton Avenue at 7:46 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.
