BLUEFIELD CITY POLICE DEPT.

SEPT. 14

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: Officers received reports of a suspicious vehicle on Grassy Branch Road at 1:53 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.

LOUD MUSIC: Officers received reports of loud music on Dearborn Avenue at 9:58 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

STRAY: Officers received reports of a stray animal on Union Street at 1:50 p.m. Animal Control Officer Randall Thompson filed an animal control report and transported one animal to the Mercer County Animal Shelter.

INTOXICATION: Officers received reports of an intoxicated person on Ramsey Street at 5:40 p.m. Officers reported the complainant said he chased his intoxicated brother off the property before police could arrive. Police advised the complainant of his options.

BURGLARY: Officers received reports of a burglary on Toledo Street at 6:51 p.m. Officers said the complainant was unsure if her purse was stolen or just lost. Officers advised the complainant of her options.

UNWANTED PERSON: Officers received reports of an unwanted person on Highland Avenue at 8:23 p.m. Officers reported the individual had passed out and transported him to the hospital. Officers advised complainants of their options.

ILLEGAL PARKING: Officers received reports of illegal parking on Wheeling Avenue at 8:33 p.m. Officers reported the car was not parked but had run out of gas. The owner returned with gas and moved the vehicle.

SHOTS FIRED: Officers received reports of shots fired on Willow Street at 8:40 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on Bland Road 8:41 p.m. Officers transported an elderly female back to her residence.

HARASSMENT: Officers received reports of harassment on Parnell Road at 8:58 p.m. Officers advised the complainant of their options.

SEPT. 15

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Mineral Street at 12:55 a.m. Officers arrested one male subject.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on College Avenue at 9:46 a.m. Officers filed a crash complaint report.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Jefferson Street at 12:25 p.m. Officers filed a crash report.
