AUG. 28

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: Officers received reports of a suspicious vehicle on Cumberland Road at 5:21 a.m. Officers were advised by staff who the vehicle belonged to.

UNWANTED PERSON: Officers received reports of an unwanted person on College Avenue at 10:02 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

STOLEN VEHICLE: Officers received reports of a stolen vehicle on Myrtle Street at 10:16 a.m. Officers filed a report.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance at Balsam Street at 12:03 p.m. Officers filed an offense report and arrested one male subject.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on Third Street at 12:27 p.m. Officers reported the subject was in possession of a toy gun.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Bluefield Avenue at 6:42 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and said no items were taken.

ANIMAL CRUELTY: Officers received reports of cruelty to animals on Third Street at 6:49 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and also issued a citation for illegal operating of four wheelers.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Northfork Street at 7:42 p.m. Officers filed an offense report.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft of a cell phone on West Cumberland Road at 8:15 p.m. Officers filed an offense report.

HARASSMENT: Officers received reports of harassment on Old Bramwell Road at 8:30 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on College Avenue at 8:56 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Virginia Court at 10:10 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

AUG. 29

INTOXICATION: Officers received reports of an intoxicated person on Clark Street at 1:08 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options but said the complainants refused a report.

SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE: Officers received reports of a suspicious vehicle on Stadium Drive at 8:02 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

TOBACCO: Officers received reports of a tobacco violation on West Cumberland Road at 9:21 a.m. Officers issued a verbal warning.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on U.S. Route 460 at 2:17 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and reported both parties ex-changed insurance information.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Highland Avenue at 3:29 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on College Avenue at 3:53 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and reported there was no damage.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft from a vehicle on Bluefield Avenue at 4:12 p.m. Officers filed an offense report and arrested one female subject.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of a breaking and entering on East Cumberland Road at 4:57 p.m. Officers filed an offense report.

UNWANTED PERSON: Officers received reports of an unwanted person on Leandra Drive at 10:42 p.m. Officers advised complainants the issue was a civil matter.
