CAPIAS (TWO COUNTS); FAILURE TO APPEAR: Josh Small, 45, of Princeton was located and arrested for a Capias warrant. Later, Small was found to be wanted on a Capias charge from Franklin County, Va., and failure to appear warrant.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: A female subject reported items were missing from an attached garage on Northview Addition Road near Princeton.

BODY ATTACHMENT (FOUR COUNTS): Jamal Wilborn, 28, of Princeton, turned himself in after he learned he was wanted on warrants.

March 1

BURGLARY; BATTERY: Sr. Dep. W.C. Wilborn, Dep. G.C. Paitsel and A.M. Ballard responded to Twelve Mile Road near Princeton in reference to a male subject trying to gain entry into a residence. The victim reported that he and the male subject were removed from Danny's Bar in Princeton after an altercation. The victim reported the altercation began after a pool game dispute. The male subject then allegedly came to the victim's residence and kicked the door. The male subject advised the officer that the dispute involved a female and that he had not been at the residence. The officer noted that both subjects appeared to have been drinking alcoholic beverages during the night. The incident is pending further investigation.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE: Dep. E.P. Parks learned a female prisoner from the Southern Regional Jail was wanted in Tazewell County, Va., for failing to appear to answer a charge against her. Andreana Whitlow, 29, of Princeton, was arrested.

WORTHLESS CHECK (TWO COUNTS): Chasity Kidd, 36, of Bluefield, turned herself in after she learned she was wanted on warrants.

WORTHLESS CHECK: Brenda Caldwell, 50, of Bluefield, turned herself in after she learned she was wanted on warrants.

BURGLARY; PETIT LARCENY: A male subject reported several items were missing from his residence on Groveland Drive.

March 2

POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DELIVER; PUBLIC INTOXICATION: Dep. K.M. Saddler responded to Beckley Road in reference to an intoxicated male subject at the Rich Creek Baptist Church. A male subject advised that a male had "staggered" into a birthday party at the church. The male subject then escorted the alleged intoxicated male into his office. The intoxicated male's pockets were emptied and a bottle of pills with a female's name on it was located. The officer noted the allegedly intoxicated male had bloodshot eyes and appeared nervous. Michael Watts, 43, of Princeton, was arrested.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: A male subject reported his son who allegedly suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder had destroyed property in his home. The male refused to press charges in the matter.

March 4

GRAND LARCENY: A female subject reported four heat pumps were missing from storage units at Hann's On Mini Storage on Athens Road.

CULTIVATION OF MARIJUANA: Dep. M.S. Horn responded to Godfrey Hollow Road in Montcalm to assist in a Child Protective Services Investiga-tion. The officer entered the residence and noted smelling burning marijuana. The officer talked with a female subject and observed as seeds believed to be from marijuana were thrown away in front of him. The officer located six plants believed to be marijuana. Jessica Clower, 21, of Montcalm, was arrested.

CAPIAS: Kevin Brooks, 24, of Bluefield, turned himself in on a warrant.

PETIT LARCENY: A female subject reported his handgun was missing from her residence on Greasy Ridge Road near Princeton.

March 5

FAILURE TO REPORT EARNINGS: Crystal Williams, 38, of Bluefield, turned herself in on a warrant.

WORTHLESS CHECK: Jason Jennings, 21, of Montcalm, turned himself in on a warrant.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: A male subject reported damage to his vehicle which was parked on Covemont Loop near Bluefield.

March 6

PETIT LARCENY: A male subject reported a gun he had given his girlfriend was missing from her home on Country Girl Road.

WORTHLESS CHECK (FIVE COUNTS): Tonya Godfrey, 33, of Princeton, turned herself in on warrants.

PETIT LARCENY: A female subject reported an iPad she had signed out at work was missing from her residence on Blind Street in Lashmeet.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: A female reported extensive damage to her vehicle which was parked at the Springdale Avenue Apartments near Princeton.

March 7

DOMESTIC ASSAULT; TRESPASS; OBSTRUCTING: Sr. Dep. W.C. Wilborn and Dep. A.M. Ballard responded to Leisure Way in Bluefield in reference to a disturbance. A female subject reported that her boyfriend had been creating a disturbance and had threatened her. The female advised that the male subject had refused a ride away from the residence. After the male was dropped off, he allegedly returned to the residence despite being told not to by the officers. The male reported that the female had invited him back which she denied. The officers allegedly located several items belonging to the female on his person. Joshua Agee, 31, of Pocahontas, Va., was arrested.
