MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Bland Road at 5:13 a.m. Officers filed a crash report.

LEAVING THE SCENE: Officers received reports of a vehicle leaving the scene of an accident on Princeton Avenue at 7:09 a.m. Officers filed a crash report.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on U.S. Route 460 at 8:03 a.m. Officers filed a crash report and offense report.

DISPUTE: Officers received reports of a dispute between a landlord and tenant on Highland Avenue at 8:03 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Stadium Drive at 9:26 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Tazewell Avenue at 9:23 p.m. Officers filed a complaint report.

APRIL 16

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Bland Street at 10:22 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and reported the subject got off the bus.

FAILURE TO CONFINE: Officers received reports of failure to confine a pit bull on Parnell Road at 10:35 a.m. Officers filed an animal control report and issued two notices to appear.

GAS DRIVE OFF: Officers received reports of a gas drive off on Princeton Avenue at 10:43 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.

FRAUD: Officers received reports of credit card fraud on Balsam Street at 10:50 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Union Street at 11:47 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Stadium Drive at 11:50 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DRUG ACTIVITY: Officers received reports of possible drug activity on Southview Drive at 1:02 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and spoke with the juveniles’ parents.

STRAY: Officers received reports of a stray animal on Bland Road at 1:55 p.m. Officers filed an animal control report and transported one dog to the Mercer County Animal Shelter.

FIGHT: Officers received reports of a fight on East Cumberland Road at 2:41 p.m. Officers reported the incident was verbal, not physical and advised complainants of their options.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on Pearis Street at 2:48 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on East River Avenue at 6:01 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

BURGLARY: Officers received reports of a burglary on Hill Avenue at 6:30 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Westmoreland Avenue at 7:47 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on East Cumberland Road at 7:47 p.m. Officers reported the subject works across the street and advised complainants of their options.

FOUR WHEELERS: Officers received reports of four wheelers on Hancock Street at 8:02 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on College Avenue at 8:27 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

NOISE DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a noise disturbance on Preston Street at 10:05 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and asked subjects to keep it down.

NOISE DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a noise disturbance on Bluefield Avenue at 10:58 p.m. and again at 11:07 p.m. Officers issued a citation and later arrested one male subject.
