Jan. 24

DRIVING REVOKED FOR DUI; IMPROPER REGISTRATION: During a traffic stop, Dep. D.A. Furches learned the driver of the vehicle had a previous conviction for DUI. The officer noted the vehicle's registration was registered to another model of vehicle than the one the woman was driving. Valerie Price, 27, of Bluefield, was arrested.

SEXUAL ABUSE BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN: A male subject reported his daughter was being abused by her stepfather. The case was forwarded to the detective bureau for further investigation.

BURGLARY; GRAND LARCENY: A male and female subject living at the Princeton Village Apartments reported their residence had been broken into and several items were missing. The case was forwarded to the detective bureau for further investigation.

BURGLARY: A female subject living in Fox Ridge Apartments near Princeton reported her residence had been broken into and several items were missing.

Jan. 26

LEAVING THE SCENE WITH PROPERTY DAMAGE: Sr. Dep. A.M. Ballard and Dep. G.C. Paitsel responded to Southern XPosure near Princeton in reference to a vehicle striking a building. Upon arrival, the vehicle was not at the scene. A male subject reported the vehicle had struck the building. Officers later located a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle with damage on US 460. Another male subject was attempting to change the tire of the vehicle. The officers noted the damage was consistent with the damage on the building at the business. Anthony Isabelle, 28, of Bluefield, was arrested.

BURGLARY; GRAND LARCENY: A male subject reported items were missing from his residence on Sandhurst Park near Bluefield.

DOMESTIC BATTERY (SECOND OFFENSE); OBSTRUCTING/RESISTING AN OFFICER: Dep. M.S. Horn responded to Beckley Road near Princeton in reference to a domestic disturbance. A female subject at the residence reported she and her husband had begun arguing and were involved in a scuffle over keys to a vehicle. The female reported her husband was in no condition to drive because he was impaired. The husband returned to the residence an hour later after allegedly leaving in the vehicle. Upon the husband's arrival, the officers advised him he was being arrested. Allegedly, the husband failed to comply with commands from the officers. Dep. H.L. Walters assisted the officer in placing the subject in handcuffs. Michael Bibey, 38, of Princeton, was arrested.

Jan. 27

HIT AND RUN WITH PROPERTY DAMAGE: A female subject reported a vehicle had been driven through Roselawn Cemetery on Courthouse Road near Princeton.

Jan. 28

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE: Amber Warburton, 22, of Bluefield, was located and arrested on a warrant from Tazewell County, Va.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Dep. K.M. Saddler learned Melva Proffitt, 44, of Lashmeet, was wanted on a warrant.

WARRANT; PROBATION REVOCATION: Michael Allison, 38, of Princeton, was located and arrested.

WARRANT PROBATION REVOCATION: Jacob Lineberry, 27, of Princeton, was located and arrested.

WORTHLESS CHECK: Sonja Hammons, 41, of Princeton, was located and arrested on a warrant.
