AUG. 21

PROWLER: Officers received reports of a possible prowler on Augusta Street at 12:08 a.m. Officers were unable to locate any subject and advised complainants of options.

BARKING DOG: Officers received reports of a barking dog on Union Street at 2:35 a.m. Officers reported no action was taken.

PROWLER: Officers received reports of a possible prowler on Old Bramwell Road at 2:52 a.m. Officers were unable to locate any subject and advised complainants of options.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of a breaking and entering on Bluefield Avenue at 10:50 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.

ILLEGAL PARKING: Officers received reports of an illegally parked vehicle on Spruce Street at 1:48 p.m. Officers reported the vehicle was not illegally parked.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with injuries on West Cumberland Road at 5:18 p.m. Officers filed a crash complaint report.

INTOXICATION: Officers received reports of an intoxicated person on Federal Street at 6:34 p.m. Officers transported the person from the premises.

ALARM: Officers received reports of an alarm on East Cumberland Road at 8:48 p.m. Officers filed an offense report and arrested one female subject.



AUG. 22

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft from a vehicle on U.S. Route 460/Big Laurel Highway at 7:12 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.

THEFT: Officers received reports of the theft of a guitar on Princeton Avenue at 10:22 a.m. Officers reported the item was returned to the police station.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of a breaking and entering on Winona Street at 1:22 p.m. Officers reported there was no sign of breaking or entering.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Stoney Ridge Road at 5:08 p.m. Officers filed a complaint report.

STRAY: Officers received reports of three stray dogs on Hardy Street and railroad property at 6:13 p.m. Animal Control Officer Randall Thompson reported two dogs were captured but one got away.



AUG. 23

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Rogers Street at 3:03 a.m. Officers filed a complaint report.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on Bland Street at 4:27 a.m. Officers transported a female subject from the area.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on U.S. Route 460/Big Laurel Highway at 6:48 a.m. Officers filed a crash report.

VANDALISM: Officers received reports of vandalism to a vehicle on Rockbridge Street at 7:25 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Grandview Street at 10:21 a.m. Officers said there were no signs of forced entry and advised complainants of their options.

ASSAULT: Officers received reports of an assault on Mountain View Avenue at 11:39 a.m. Officers reported the subject did not want a report or to press charges.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Washington Street at 5:57 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

STOLEN VEHICLE: Officers received reports of a stolen vehicle on Bluefield Avenue at 9:18 p.m. Officers filed an offense report.

AUG. 24

FIGHT WITH WEAPONS: Officers received reports of a fight with weapons on Walton Avenue at 12:09 a.m. Officers said victims refused to cooperate with law enforcement.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on Franklin Street at 4:24 a.m. Officers arrested one male subject.

VANDALISM: Officers received reports of vandalism to a vehicle on Bluefield Avenue at 8:02 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.

ASSAULT: Officers received reports of an assault on East Cumberland Road at 10:10 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and have a report pending.

FIGHT: Officers received reports of a fight on East Cumberland Road at 1:41 p.m. Officers filed an offense report and arrested one male subject.

ASSAULT: Officers received reports of an assault on East Cumberland Road at 4:36 p.m. Officers filed an offense report and arrested one male subject.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Stadium Drive at 5:11 p.m. Officers filed a crash report.

INJURED ANIMAL: Officers received reports of an injured animal on South Street at 6:15 p.m. Animal Control Officer Randall Thompson filed an animal control report and transported two sick kittens to the Mercer County Animal Shelter.

FIGHT WITH WEAPONS: Officers received reports of a fight with weapons on East Cumberland Road at 6:57 p.m. Officers filed an offense report and arrested one male subject.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Elm Street at 9:10 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on East Cumberland Road at 9:15 p.m. Officers filed an offense report and arrested one male subject.



AUG. 25

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Shenandoah Avenue at 2:48 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Westmoreland Avenue at 4:18 a.m. Officers filed an offense report.

STRAY: Officers received reports of a stray animal on Cherry Street at 11:27 a.m. Animal Control Officer Randall Thompson filed an animal control report and transported the animal to the Mercer County Animal Shelter.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Upper Clansman Drive at 6:25 p.m. Officers filed a crash complaint report.

DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a disturbance on Locust Street at 7:45 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

FIGHT: Officers received reports of a fight on College Avenue at 8:50 p.m. Officers advised complainant of their options.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of a breaking and entering on Bluefield Avenue at 9:12 p.m. Officers reported there was no breaking or entering to the structure.

ASSAULT: Officers received reports of an assault on Lewis Street at 9:24 p.m. Officers reported no assault had taken place and advised complainants of their options.



AUG. 27

NOISE DISTURBANCE: Officers received reports of a noise disturbance on College Avenue at 12:22 a.m. Officers were unable to locate the source of the noise and advised complainants of their options.

ILLEGAL PARKING: Officers received reports of an illegally parked vehicle on Stadium Drive at 7:58 a.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and reported the owner agreed to move the vehicle.

STOLEN VEHICLE: Officers received reports of a stolen vehicle on Bluefield Avenue at 1:03 p.m. Officers filed an offense report.

BREAKING AND ENTERING: Officers received reports of a breaking and entering on Franklin Street at 1:20 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options and requested extra patrol in the area.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on East Cumberland Road at 3:08 p.m. Officers filed a crash report.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Officers received reports of a motor vehicle accident with no injuries on Bluefield Avenue at 4:42 p.m. Officers filed a crash complaint reports.

STOLEN VEHICLE: Officers received reports of a stolen vehicle on College Avenue at 4:54 p.m. Officers reported the vehicle had not been stolen but had been towed because it was illegally parked. They advised complainants of their options.

THEFT: Officers received reports of a theft on Willow Street at 6:30 p.m. Officers  spoke with the complainant and parents of the juvenile involved.

HARASSMENT: Officers received reports harassment on Bluefield Avenue at 7:05 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON: Officers received reports of a suspicious person on Franklin Street at 7:55 p.m. Officers advised complainants of their options.
