Jan. 17

CAPIAS WARRANT: Crystal Hicks, 33, of Princeton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

LEAVING THE SCENE (PROPERTY DAMAGE): A male subject reported damage to his vehicle parked on Wood Avenue.

Jan. 19

BURGLARY (Nighttime); Grand Larceny: A female subject reported that someone had broken into her home on Randolph Avenue and that items were missing. The investigation was forwarded to the Detective Bureau.

PETIT LARCENY: Management at Ryan's Steakhouse reported a male subject had taken a purse from a vehicle parked at the restaurant.

Jan. 20

BREAKING AND ENTERING; DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY; GRAND LARCENY: Dep. C.K. Lester and G.C. Paitsel learned the S&S Express Station in Bluewell had been broken into. The officers observed damage to the door. The officers observed two male subjects, one of which allegedly broke the door to the store, and the other that allegedly removed items from the store. The case was forwarded to the detective bureau.

DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Dep. C.K. Lester and G.C. Paitsel learned the glass outside of the Cargo Station in Bluewell was damaged. The officers believed that the same suspects who gained access to the S&S Express were unable to penetrate the Cargo's glass. The case was forwarded to the detective bureau.

DOMESTIC BATTERY: A female subject reported to Dep. W.E. Rose that her son had become upset with her about snow in her driveway. The male allegedly threatened to kill her multiple times because she had gotten his son taken away and allegedly choked until she almost passed out. The male also allegedly threatened to shoot the female's truck and burn her house down if she contacted law enforcement. Warrants are pending.

Jan. 21

BATTERY; PETIT LARCENY; BATTERY: A female subject reported to Dep. C.K. Lester that she caught another female removing items from her purse. Allegedly, the female and her boyfriend became physically aggressive toward the female. One of the two allegedly struck the female.

Jan. 22

ATTEMPTED BREAKING AND ENTERING; DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY: Dep. C.K. Lester learned unauthorized access had been attempted by at least one male subject at the S&S Express in Bluewell. The case was believed to be related to the ones that occurred in the same area on Jan. 20. The case was forwarded to the detective bureau.

FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE: Officers located and arrested Christopher Knuckles, 35, of Bluefield, on a warrant.
