Disturbance With Patron: Officers of the Bluefield Police Department responded to a call at 2:53 a.m., on Nov. 8, at Cowboy Up on Cumberland Road. Sgt. M.A. Beck and Patrolman J.W. Murray Jr., responded to the call, escorted the patron off the property and advised her of the options.
Counterfeit Cash: Bluefield police responded to a report of counterfeit money passed at the Wendy’s on Cumberland Road in Bluefield. Patrolman R.D. Davis of the Bluefield Police Department investigated the incident at 4:08 p.m., on Nov. 7, and filed a report.
Boundary Adjustments: Bluefield Police responded to a report concerning a neighbor pulling up survey stakes on the Old Bramwell Road. Patrolman J.W. Murray Jr., responded to the call at 5:11 p.m., on Nov. 7, and advised the parties involved of the options.
Automobile Accident:Lt. D.A. Pennington of the Bluefield Police Department responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a police officer on Cumberland Road at 10:52 p.m., on Nov. 7. The report of the incident was not immediately available.
Possible Break-in: Officer R.S. Gibson of the Bluefield Police Department investigated a report of a possible break in at a Stowers Street address. Gibson investigated the incident at 3:13 p.m., on Nov., 7, and filed a report.
Stolen Property: Officer R.S. Gibson of the Bluefield Police Department investigated a report of stolen property at a Bland Road residence. Gibson investigated the incident at 8:15 a.m., on Nov. 6, and filed a report on the matter.
Vehicle Complaint: Officer R.S. Gibson of the Bluefield Police Department investigated a vehicle complaint at Grants on Bluefield Avenue. Gibson investigated the matter at 1:50 p.m., on Oct. 6, and filed a report on his investigation.
College Avenue Altercation: Officer R.S. Gibson of the Bluefield Police Department responded to a report of an altercation on College Avenue that was reported at 4 p.m., on Nov. 6. Gibson advised all parties of the options.
Traffic Stop: Patrolman J.W. Murray Jr., of the Bluefield Police Department issued a summons for possession of a possible controlled substance following a traffic stop on Princeton Avenue at 6:41 p.m., on Nov. 6. Murray filed a report on his investigation.
