POCAHONTAS, Va. —
Earnest Lee Keller, age 67, of Pocahontas, VA, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2013 at the Westwood Center in Bluefield, VA.
Born on October 21, 1945 in Welch, he was a son of the late William James Coleman Keller and Gladys Nannie Skeens Keller. He was a former cemetery worker.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph, Franklin, and Rufus Keller; and a sister, Jackie Kish.
Survivors include: Daughters: Brenda and Kevin Osbourne of NC, Peggy Williams of SC. Sons: Gray Keller of VA, Ray Keller of NC, Tracy Keller of NC, JC Keller of FL. Stepson: Dexter Bogle of VA. 7 grandchildren. Brothers: William A. Keller, Sr. and Edna of Bramwell, Alfred Keller and Goldie of Bramwell, Douglas Keller of FL, Danny Keller of Bastian, VA, John Keller and Sherry of Abbs Valley, VA, Lacy Keller of Montcalm, Albury Keller of Bluewell, Earnest Keller and Bonnie of KY. Sisters: Dianna Baker and Eric of Montcalm, Sue Grossi and tammy of Littlesburg Road, Bluefield, Verta Newman of Keystone, Cora Mae Kimball of FL, Carol Watkins of Littlesburg Road, Bluefield
Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 3:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. Stephen Rector officiating. Following cremation, burial will follow at a later date at the Lusk Cemetery in Mudfork.
Friends may call on Tuesday from 2:00-3:00 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to offset expenses.
