MOORESVILLE, N.C. —
Irma Grace Temple Jackson, age 86, of Mooresville, N.C., formerly a 34-year resident of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., passed away Sunday, June 16, 2013 at the Lake Norman Regional Medical Center.
Born July 23, 1926 at Akron, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Roger and Connie Dearman Temple. She was a 1944 graduate of the Stow High School and was a member of the Community Christian Church at Plantation, Fla. Irma dedicated her life to serving and spoiling her family. Her kindness and good sense of humor touched everyone and she is so greatly missed and loved.
Survivors include her loving and devoted husband of 57 years, Thomas “Stonewall” Jackson, sons, Dennis and David Jackson, daughter, Nancy Jackson Reenberg and their families.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 20, 2013 at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel, Peterstown, W.Va. with Pastor Jason Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Bradley Cemetery, Lindside, W.Va.
Friends may call from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at the funeral home.
