Born July 11, 1966 in Virginia she was the daughter of the late Isabelle Murray Ross. She was a member of the First Baptist Church and House of Prayer in White Sulphur Springs, WV.
Survivors include two daughters, Teneka Ross and fiancé Matt Phillips of Princeton and Priscilla Raggins of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, Jalissa, Nevaeh, Cayden, and Nemiah; companion, Chester Ridgeway of Rupert, WV; two sisters, Patricia Viney and Debbie Viney and husband Harry all of White Sulphur Springs, WV; and special friends, Joann and James Parks and Dennis, Alex, and Reginald Pryor.
In keeping with Sylvia's wishes her body has been cremated.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 23, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in White Sulphur Springs, WV with Rev. Greg Scott officiating. On line condolences may be sent by visiting www.seaverfuneralservice.com. Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton is serving the Ross family.
