BLUEFIELD, Va. —
Mae Crigger, 74, of Bluefield, Va., passed away Sunday, April 28, 2013 at home after an extended illness with loved ones by her side. Born September 12, 1938, in Coopers, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Jessie and Ethel Sipp.
She enjoyed growing and nurturing many flowers just to admire their simple beauty and had a variety of special interests.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband of 17 years, Phillip Wyse; brother, Arnold “Hunkie” Sipp; sister, Betty Baldwin; grandson, Eric E. Lail; and her best friend and mother-in-law, Ella Louise Sipp.
Her memory will be forever cherished by her husband of 37 years, Frank Crigger, Bluefield, Va.; daughters, Cathy and husband David Agee, Roanoke, Va., Della Lail and fiancé Roger Gibson, Bluefield, Va., Cindy Lail, Bluewell, W.Va., Beverly and husband Russell Roberts, Bluewell, W.Va.; sons, David Wyse and fiancée Vickie, Bluewell, W.Va., Jacob and wife Michele Crigger, Falls Mills, Va.; sister, Lorraine “Pookie” Catron, Pocahontas, Va.; sister-in-law, Sandra Cox and husband Tommy of Bluestone, W.Va.; grandchildren, Laura, Joey, David Adam, Courtney, Jessie, Isaach, and Contessa; 12 great-grandchildren, many step-grandchildren, and special friends of Total Home Care.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday, May 4, 2013 at Falls Mills Christian Church at 7:00 p.m. with Evangelist Will Grey officiating. Friends may visit with the family from 6:00 p.m. to hour of the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Pet Haven Rescue of Falls Mills, Va.
