Joyce Ann Hartley Fletcher, 62, of Princeton, died Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Princeton Community Hospital. Born December 10, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Lilburn Catron and Judy Ann Frances Jones Catron.
She was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She attended Guided Light Church in Bluefield. She cherished her grand babies and was a maw maw to all the children in her community. Joyce had a deep love for everyone. She enjoyed working puzzle books and loved her flowers.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Jerry Graham and Marie Coleman and four brothers, Leonard Taylor, Bobby Catron, Ellis (Doug) Taylor and Junior Taylor.
Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Stacy and husband Nathan of Princeton and Catherine Boothe and husband Everette of Roanoke, Va.; two brothers, Russell Catron of Princeton and Irvin Taylor of Michigan; five grandchildren, Cory Stacy, Marinda Lusk, Alexzander Stacy, Conner Boothe and Brandon Boothe and special partner, Grady Dudding.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 29, 2013 at the Rowland H. Bailey Funeral Chapel of the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Bobby Koen officiating. Honoring her wishes the body has been cremated.
Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday, April 29 from 1:00 p.m. until the service hour.
