Clifford A. Rullman

PRINCETON — Clifford A. Rullmann, 85, of Princeton, died Saturday, August 14, 2010 at his residence.

Born September 21, 1924, in Washington, D.C., he was the son of the late Frederic A. Rullmann and Irene (Wilkinson) Rullmann.

Clifford faithfully served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was a former lineman and foreman for Potomac Electric Power Company in the Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia areas. He also was a member of the Horsepen Church of Christ in Horsepen, Va.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Helen A. Kelly; and his second wife, Ola Ann (Billips) Rullmann.

Left to cherish his memory are daughters, Roberta Davis of Clear Water, Fla., Irene Rullmann of Phoenix, Ariz., Karen Brewster of Princeton, W.Va.; and son, Jesse Brewster also of Princeton, W.Va.; as well as sister, Mai Dye of Washington, D.C. In addition, he is survived by eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 17, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, 450 Courthouse Road, Princeton, W.Va. with Pastor Irene Rullmann officiating. The Mercer County Veterans Council will conduct military honors.
