Marguerite Frazier Hale, age 83, of Peterstown, W.Va., passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013 at the Glenwood Park Nursing Home, Princeton, W.Va. Born September 5, 1929 in Peterstown, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Opie H and Helen Ballard Frazier.
Marguerite was a member of the Peterstown Christian Church and was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George D. Hale.
Survivors include one son, Richard K. Hale of Little River, S.C.; daughter, Barbara H. Law of Princeton, W.Va.; three sisters, Marie Cupiss of Mesa, Ariz., Catherine Wickline of Lindside, W.Va., and Beverly Spellacy of Laguana Vista, Texas; two granddaughters, Joni Michelle Law of Duluth, Ga. and Jennifer Hagerman and husband Jay of Athens, W.Va.; five great-grandchildren, one step great-grandchild; eight nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Rosalie Strong of Troy, Ill.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel, Peterstown, W.Va. with Minister Donald Henegar officiating. Burial will follow in the Birchlawn Burial Park, Pearisburg, Va. Friends may call one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
