CEDAR BLUFF, Va. —
She was born in Steelesburg, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Walker and Stella McGuire Rasnick. She was a Richlands High School graduate and was the owner and operator of the former Roisch’s studio in Doran, Virginia. Hattie was a member of the Richlands Presbyterian Church and was a lifelong resident of the Cedar Bluff area. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest O. Roisch, Sr.; two sisters, Nancy Taylor, Sandra Rasnick and one brother, John Rasnick.
She is survived by: one daughter: Sarah Slate and husband, Steve of Cedar Bluff, Virginia; one son: Ernest Roisch, Jr. and wife, Margaret of Glen Allen, Virginia; three sisters: Faye Miller of Vinton, Virginia, Catherine Boardwine and husband, Donald of Pounding Mill, Virginia, Margaret Rasnick of Steelesburg, Virginia; one brother: Jim Rasnick and wife, Betty of Steelesburg, Virginia; and two grandchildren: Holton Roisch and Gray Roisch.
Graveside services for Hattie Rasnick Roisch will be conducted Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 11:00 am at Greenhills Memory Gardens Mausoleum; Building No. 4 with Rev. Dennis Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow.

There will be no visitation prior to service.
