PRINCETON — Born June 27, 1940 in Bluefield, WV, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Pauline Billings Fagg.

Barbara worked for the Craft Memorial Library Book Mobile in Bluefield and in the Catalog Department of J.C.Penny.

She was an avid reader, enjoyed her flower gardening and loved her pet.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence Jack Bailey and her second husband, Arnold Jackson Sarver; a brother, Raymond Fagg; sister Mary Fagg Sikes and infant sister and also her best friend, Regina Hedricks.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother.

She will be lovingly remember by one son, Dwayne K. Bailey of Raleigh, NC; one daughter, Tonia C. Sarver Hodge and her husband Richard of Brushfork, WV; one brother, James Fagg of Montcalm; two grandchildren, Blake Hodge and Faith Hodge.

Graveside services will held at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Eddie Mabe officiating,

Those attending the service should meet at the funeral home no later than 12:45 P.M.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 921 W. Neville Street, Beckley, WV 25801 or the Mercer County Humane Society, 961 Shelter Road, Princeton, WV  24740.
