Virginia Lee Wallace, 90, of the Glenwood Park Retirement Village, a former resident of South Walker Street in Princeton, died Monday, Dec. 31, 2012, at her residence.
Born Feb. 6, 1922 in Taneyville, Mo., she was the daughter of the late Norval D. Wallace and Kate Moser Wallace. She retired in 1987 as a coning machine operator for the Celanese Corporation in Pearisburg, Va. Virginia was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Princeton.
She was preceded in death by six sisters and one brother. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at the George W. Seaver Chapel of Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev. Scott Sears officiating. Burial will follow at the Moser Cemetery in Goldbond, Va. Family and friends will serve pallbearers.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 p.m. to the service hour on Friday.
