SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. —
SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. — Hazel Bowers, 95, of Sevierville, Tenn., formerly of Reynolds Avenue, Princeton, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Morristown Tenn.
Born April 24, 1918, in Konnarock, Va., she was the daughter of the late, Daniel & Allie Sturgill Huffman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Alonzo Bowers and she was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She will be lovingly remembered by her three children, Darlene Blankenship & husband, Stanley of Bulls Gap, Tenn., Carol Harman of Sevierville, Tenn. and Ronald L. Bowers & wife, Frances of Broad Run, Va.; her four grandchildren, Billy Harman & Michael Harman, Ronald A. Bowers & Travis L. Bowers; along with three great-grandchildren
Services to celebrate Hazel's life will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, December 6, 2013 from the Burns Wornal Chapel of the Memorial Funeral Directory on the Athens Road in Princeton. Burial will follow in the Sunset Memorial Park in Beckley.
Friends may visit with the family Friday from 12:15 p.m. until the service hour at the funeral home.
