Janice Marie Graham, 68, of Weyanoke, died Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Bland County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a long illness. Born January 18, 1945 in Weyanoke, she was the daughter of the late Harry Shrader and Pauline Jenkins Shrader.
Mrs. Graham was a homemaker and caregiver. She enjoyed cooking, quilting and crafts. She was especially devoted to her family and was a wonderful mother-in-law.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy E. Graham Sr. in 2012; daughter, Jennifer Cline on Saturday, April 20, 2013; and an infant brother.
Survivors include one son, Buddy Graham Jr. and his wife Von of Matoaka; and one daughter, Katrina Howerton and her husband Boo Boo of Matoaka; one sister, Leta Lawrence and her husband Earl of Lake Shawnee; three brothers, Larry Shrader and his wife Barbara of Princeton, Earl Shrader and his wife Debbie of Spanishburg and Darryl Shrader of Spanishburg; four grandchildren, Danny Cline Jr. and his girlfriend Ashley Sigmon, Eddie Cline and his girlfriend Ruby Reed, B.J. Howerton and his wife Samantha and Alison Howerton; one great-granddaughter, Nevaeh Howerton.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at the Rowland H. Bailey Funeral Chapel of the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton with the Rev. Larry Roberts officiating. Interment will follow at the Shrader Cemetery at Matoaka. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 24, 2013 from noon until service hour at the Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton.
