She was an amazing lady, who loved her family and devoted her life to them. She was generous to a fault. She loved all holidays, especially Christmas. She was an avid reader, loved to play rummy, had a delightful sense of humor and still had that “Yankee” accent from her youth. She will be missed.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at the Peterstown United Methodist Church with Pastors Jim Malick and Scott Sears officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations of sympathy be made to her favorite charity, The American Cancer Society, American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123-1718 or at www.cancer.org/donate.
