PREMIER – Patrick Guido Belfiore, age 60, of Premier, W.Va., passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2013, at University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, Va. after a long illness with his daughters by his side. Born March 17, 1953, in Welch W.Va., He was the Son of Domenico and Rosa Lee Patsy Belfiore.
He was a resident of Premier all of his life and a Graduate of Welch High School. He was employed by McDowell County Correctional for twenty years and presently he was the Assistant warden for security at Stevens Corrections
He was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Belfiore; and several Aunts and Uncle of the Patsy Family.
Survivors include his parents, Rosa Patsy Belfiore of Premier, W.Va., and Domenico Belfiore of Canfield, Ohio; two daughters, Angie Belfiore of Bluefield, W.Va.; Amy Davis and husband, Luke of Fairmont W.Va.; one granddaughter, Ashleigh Belfiore of Fairmont, W.Va.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 11 a.m. from the Fanning Funeral Home Chapel in Welch, W.Va. with Pastor Dan Pruitt, officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Bluewell, W.Va.
Friends may call Friday, September 27, 2013 at Fanning Funeral Home Chapel in Welch WV, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Fellow Officers of Stevens Corrections.
