Mrs. Janet Gail
BLUEFIELD — Mrs. Janet Gail Johnson, 64, of Rt. 5 Box 451-A, Bluefield, W.Va., passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at a Bluefield hospital.
Born on June 16, 1948 in Bluefield, she was a daughter of the late Frank E. and Dorothy Irene Wright. She had been a lifelong resident of Bluefield and was a graduate of Bluefield High School. She was a member of the Ceres Baptist Church.
Survivors include: husband: Danny Johnson of the home; two sons: Timmy Johnson of Charleston, and Jeff Johnson and wife Rhonda of Bluefield; one daughter: Lori Holbrook and husband Brian of Bluefield; six grandchildren: Andy Holbrook, Austin Johnson, Hannah Johnson, Nathan Holbrook, Jakob Johnson, Aiden Holbrook; two brothers: Billy Wright and wife Francis of Fayetteville, N.C., Eddie Wright of Georgia; two sisters: Janie Bourne and husband Jim of Bluefield, and Korene Rasi and husband Jerry of Bluefield.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home Chapel in Bluewell with Rev. James Mooney officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Princeton where Billy Tabor, Mark Tabor, Brandon Tabor, Mike Johnson, Tommy Johnson and Michael Johnson will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call on Friday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
