BLUEFIELD, Va. —
Camilla Diane Settle McGuire, 68, of 608 Summit St., Bluefield, Va., died Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Bluefield Regional Medical Center.
She was born in Winston-Salem, N.C., and is the daughter of Eugene Settle and Ann Anderson Settle of Winston-Salem. She was a member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church in Bluefield, Va., a member of the UMW, Red Hat Association and the Hello Dolly of Virginia’s Chapter.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Benjamin R. McGuire; sons, Brian McGuire and wife Stephanie, of Bluefield, Va., Mark McGuire and wife Julie, of Gatalin, Tenn.; daughter, Elizabeth Beaman and husband Robert, of Suffolk, Va.; grandchildren, William McGuire, Izabella McGuire, Patrick McGuire, Bobby McGuire, Sophia McGuire, Lexie Beaman, Michael Beaman, Emily Beaman, Rebekah Beaman, Lillie Beaman and Eliana Beaman; great-grandson, Ayden McGuire; brother, Michael Settle and wife Rhonda, of Walker Town, N.C.
Funeral services will be held today (Saturday), March 30, 2013 at 4:00 p.m. at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church with the Rev. Steve Aker officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Hill Cemetery in Bluefield, Va. Pallbearers will be Jim Wood, Greg Bostic, Joe Akers, Louis Bolyard, Jeff McMillion, John Palka, Gary Lawson and William McGuire. Friends may visit with the family today (Saturday) from 2:30 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the Building or Scholarship fund at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, 120 Ebenezer Ave., Bluefield, Va., 24605 or to a Cancer Research Society of your choice.
