NARROWS, Va. — She was born in Pearisburg on May 1st, 1964, and was the daughter of Jerry Ray Ratcliff and Barbara Ann (Bobbie) Conley Ratcliff.

A 1982 graduate of Narrows High School, Lisa graduated from New River Community College with an Associate’s Degree in both business and computer technology.  She was a longtime employee of Celanese Acetate in Narrows with 28 years of service.  A loving mother, daughter, grandmother and sister, she and her infectious smile, positive outlook, and terrific sense of humor will be dearly missed by her family and numerous friends.

In addition to her mother and father, she is survived by her fiancé, Stacy Billos of Narrows; two daughters, Megan Lusk and husband Jonathan of Narrows, Jessica Stafford of San Marcos, Texas; one granddaughter, Alyssa Brooke Lusk; one grandson, Michael Peyton Lusk; a brother, Keith Ratcliff of Bluefield, West Virginia; a sister Leslie Lucas and husband Chris of Narrows; three nephews she adored, Eddie, Phillip and Quenton Lucas; several special aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 11th, 2014 at 2 PM at Cornerstone Pentecostal Holiness Church, 809 College Street in Narrows, with Rev. Aaron Atchley and Pastor John Jenkins officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at Cornerstone Pentecostal Holiness Church Friday from 6 to 9 PM.  The family requests that those sending memorial contributions, please consider Cancer Treatment Centers of America at Eastern Regional Medical Center; 1331 East Wyoming Avenue; Philadelphia, PA 19124.
