HINTON — The score is correct.

Brittany Justice collected 20 points and seven rebounds, and Whittney Justice added 10 points, nine assists and six steals to lead the Bobcats to a rout of Valley-Fayette.

Abby Taylor added 16 points, Brandy Morrison had 10 points and 11 boards, Brennah Davis contributed 11 points and eight steals and Avery Pivont scored 10 points for the Bobcats.

Valley did have two 3s to one for the Bobcats.

Summers County (18-1) will visit Westside tonight.

Covington 56, Narrows 23

ELLISTON, Va. — Sa’Mone Moore scored 23 points and Leteashia Clarke added 10 points to lead the Cougars to the Group 1 West regional tournament with a rout of the Green Wave.

Covington (19-4) will play Radford (13-8) for the Conference 45 championship on Friday. The Bobcats defeated Auburn 39-35.

Narrows (9-12) was led by Tiffany Perdue with eight points.

PRINCETON — Kaleigh Barker scored 28 points and pulled down eight rebounds, leading the Tigerettes past the Grizzlies for their second straight win on Tuesday night.

Barker was 16 for 19 from the free throw line. Sarah Cole added nine points for Princeton.

Whitney Robinson paced Nicholas County with eight points.

Princeton (3-16) will host Winfield in an MSAC tournament game on Thursday at 7 p.m. The Tigers will open sectional play on Monday by entertaining Oak Hill.
