The PikeView Lady Panthers rapped out 21 hits including an inside-the-park home run by Audrey Higgins and claimed a 17-4 win over the Summers County Lady Bobcats, Wednesday evening.
Higgings also had two doubles and three RBIs for PikeView. Brooke Baker was 3-for-4 with two RBIs and Savanna Coalson was 4-for-4 with a double.
Willow Justice was 2-for-2 for Summers County, both doubles and had an RBI.
Kristin Worrell pitched the complete game victory while Becca Justice suffered the loss.
PikeView is now 6-9 and plays next on Friday at Fayetteville in the Ponytail Classic.

PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. — The Webb School of Knoxville (Tenn.) defeated the Bluefield Beavers 5-2, Wednesday.
Marcus Santoro was 2-for-4 with a double, Devon Goins 2-for-4 and R.J. Bourne 1-for-3 with a two-run homer for the Beavers. who are now 6-6 and play a doubleheader today in the Volunteer State.
The Beavers, now 6-6, take on Cocke County at noon and Gatlinburg-Pittman at 5 p.m.
