River View runs past Crusaders

BRADSHAW — The River View Lady Raiders outscored visiting Greater Beckley Christian in each quarter Monday night to defeat the Lady Crusaders 48-35.

Freshman Katie Dobbs paced the River View offense with 15 points, as eight Lady Raiders got into the scoring column. Senior Raven Kennedy tossed in eight, while freshmen Paige Cooper and Lindsey Meade followed with seven and six respectively.

Junior Allie Warden’s 11 points topped the Lady Crusaders (2-10), while freshman Brooke Matheny followed with nine. Junior Beka Graham finished with six.

Greater Beckley Christian is scheduled to visit Indepen-dence tonight, while the now 5-6 View is to travel to Mount View this evening, weather permitting.
