MADISON — Wyoming East trailed by seven at the end of one period, then caught fire and held on to beat their opponents from Ohio in the Coalfield Shootout at the Madison Civic Center.

Christian Hedinger tallied 13 of his 19 points in the second half to lead all scorers in the game. Josh Tunstalle added 16 for Wyoming East (3-1). TCC was led by Andrew Cugliari with 16 points, 12 of which came from sinking four treys.

The Warriors travel to Summers County on Friday.
