BLUEFIELD — Bluefield Area Little League will be holding its general membership meeting on Sunday, Dec. 7, in the Tierney Conference Room at Dickason Hall on the campus of Bluefield State College at 3 pm. FAIRLEA — Seth McClung’s Holiday Hoops 3-on-3 Classic and 3-Point Shootout will be held on Saturday, Dec. 20, at Rhema Christian Center Gym in Fairlea. Players of all ages from sixth grade to adults are urged to participate. The entry fee varies from $50-$100, with a deadline of Dec. 14. RICHLANDS, Va. — The Richlands Basketball Bash will be held at Southwest Virginia Community College on Jan. 16-18, 2009. Divisional play in the double elimination affair will include boys divided into 4th and 5th grades, and 6th and 7th grades. There is a $100 entry fee per team.
