PRINCETON — The Live United Golf Tournament will be held on Friday, Aug. 15, at the Princeton Elks Club. Registration begins at 8 a.m., with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. BLUEFIELD — A “Big Blue Reunion” of Bluefield State athletes who played for the Blues from 1968-80 will be held at the Bluefield City Auditorium on Aug. 16 at noon. Participants are urged to bring a covered dish. There is no charge. A group of former BSC coaches are seeking to reunite players and coaches that brought athletic glory to the region.
