Amber Alert issued for missing 11-year-old boy

BLUEFIELD — The Virginia State Police and Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse have issued an Amber Alert for a child abduction on behalf of the Russell County Sheriff’s Office in Russell on March 20 at 11:15 a.m.

The sheriff’s office is looking for Lucas Ezra Silas Guinn, white male, 11 years old, 4”8, 84 pounds, brown eyes and brown hair, wearing a red and black shirt with blue jeans.

The child is believed to be in extreme danger and was last seen at Lebanon Middle School in Lebanon, Va. The child is likely abducted by Jimmy Donald Guinn, white male, 67 years old, 5”11, 235 pounds, blue eyes and brown/gray hair, according to the sheriff’s office.

They may be traveling in a 2004 purple freightliner tractor, license 78471PY, VA. Possible northbound towards West Virginia or Ohio. Might have possibly abandoned the freightliner truck and could be in a large style burgundy pickup diesel truck
