GRUNDY, Va. —
A Kentucky man has been indicted on a charge of first-degree murder in connection with the death of a Buchanan County man.
Christopher Lee Ramey, 31, of Mouthcard, Ky., has been indicted for first-degree murder by a Buchanan County Grand Jury for the death of Freddie Jacob Bailey that occurred on December 12, 2012 in the Jacks Creek Section of Buchanan County, according to Sheriff Ray Foster.
The man is currently incarcerated at the Southwest Regional Jail in Haysi.
Foster said Christopher Lee Ramey’s brother, Terry Dean Ramey, also was previously indicted on a charge of first-degree murder in connection with the death of Freddie Jacob Bailey.
