A McDowell County man who escaped from a half-way house in Washington has been indicted by a federal grand jury meeting in Charleston.
Milton Rawlings, 36, failed to report to a residential re-entry center, Hope Village Inc., in Washington from Dec. 19, 2012 until Feb. 19, 2013 following his conviction for a felony. Rawlings faces as much as five years in prison and a maximum fine of $250,000 if convicted of the crime.
