Man admits to sexual abuse of juvenile cousin

PRINCETON — State police in Webster County have arrested a Princeton man on charges that he allegedly sexually abused his female cousin.

Gregg Frazer, 25, formerly of Webster County, was arrested April 11 in Princeton after an interview with Frazer’s juvenile cousin who told police that her cousin sexually abused her when she was between 8 and 10 years old, according to Trooper Steven Blake of the West Virginia State Police.

Blake said Frazer is charged with first-degree sexual abuse. Frazer admitted to police in an interview that he had approximately 100 encounters with his female cousin and he was between the ages of 18 and 20 when the assaults happened. Frazer also admitted that these sexual encounters happened every Sunday for two years, Blake said.

The juvenile victim also told police that Frazer made her perform sexual acts on him at least once a week and also had sex with her, Blake said.

Frazer was arraigned in front of Mercer County Magistrate James Dent and is being held on a $600,000 bond at Central Regional Jail.
