PRINCETON — The case of a Mercer County man charged with first-degree murder in connection with a fatal night club shooting has been bound over to the grand jury.

At a preliminary hearing Monday morning, Magistrate Mike Flanigan found probable cause in the case against Morrisettie Leggett, 32, of Bluefield. Leggett is accused of shooting David Bailey in December 2013 at Club Maximus near Princeton.
