Mercer County woman charged with using minors in filming sexually-explicit conduct

PRINCETON — A Mercer County woman is now facing 10 counts of one charge — use of minors in filming sexually-explicit conduct.

Kimberly Ann Cox, 36, of Wolfe, was arrested in connection with alleged incidents that occurred in Mercer County, Sgt. M.K. Summers of the West Virginia State Police Crimes Against Children Unit and the West Virginia State Police Internet Crimes Child Task Force stated today in a press release.

Cox was arraigned before Magistrate Rick Fowler after her arrest July 27. She was sent to the Southern Regional Jail in Beaver pending $200,000 bond.

The investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are expected. Due to the age of the victims, additional details were not being released at this time, Summers said.
