Pre-trial felon caught in New York prostitution sting returned to state

UNION — A fugitive from Monroe County who was caught in a prostitution sting in New York was transported back to West Virginia late Tuesday night by the State Police and is now being held on burglary, grand larceny and conspiracy charges.

Brandy Lynn Graham, 25, was extradited from New York and is currently being held at Southern Regional Jail in Beaver, according to Lt. Michael Baylous, spokesman for the West Virginia State Police.

“After the fugitive was in custody in New York, we went up and brought the suspect back here,” Baylous said. According to Baylous, Cpl. S.S. Baylous of the West Virginia State Police traveled to New York and brought Graham back to West Virginia.

Graham is being held at Southern Regional Jail as a pre-trial felon.
